Finance and Payments

Payments for trips, products and school meals

We are currently undergoing an important development that will enhance the way we process payments from you for trips, products and school meals.

As you are aware, we moved to Arbor last September and as our contract with Scopay is now due to expire, we are making the final transition by making the Arbor App our primary payment portal. We will be decommissioning and moving away from Scopay on Wednesday 1st July 2026. This will mean that we will not be able to accept any payments after 2.30pm on Tuesday 30th June on the Scopay app. You will still be able to use Scopay to make payments up to and including Tuesday 30th June (2.30pm), even for events that take place after that date, and we will keep a record of all payments received.

What this will mean for you and your child:

• All payments can be made online via Arbor, including cashless catering top-ups.

• You will be able to see what items your children have ordered from the canteen.

• You will be able to purchase products for collection from the Finance office which will be open before school, and at break and lunch times.

• You will be able to consent and pay for trips.

What Happens Next?

As of the 1st of July, you will find that the Arbor app will update with a new payment section. Please refer to the link below on how to access and navigate through the new payment options:

Parent Portal and App - Payments, School Shop, Meals, Clubs and Trips – Arbor Help Centre

We will continue to follow our normal procedures with regards school meals balance checking and will contact home should any additional spend is required.

We would like to thank you in advance for your patience while we make the final transition to Arbor.
