Message from Mrs Matthews
At the end of a very busy week, I'd just like to say thank you to our students and staff who show why Court Fields is such a fantastic place to work and learn.
Our House Celebration Day for 25/26 Winners Monument, was a brilliant celebration with a chance to let off steam and have some fun for all those in the winning house. It's exciting to see who clinches the win this year: will it be back-to-back wins for Charity and her team, or will we see winning returns from Chloe, our School Chaplain, leading Blackdown, or Miss Martin, our HR Administrator heading up the contenders from Duke House.
We also had a wonderful Open Evening, followed by 2 brilliant Open Mornings this week. The students and staff showcased our school not just in terms of subjects, resources and facilities, but show our kindness, integrity and warmth. We've had some amazing feedback, so thank you to the whole team, and, of course, to you as parents for the part you play in making our school community the superb place it is.
I hope you all have a lovely weekend and enjoy what's hopefully not the last of the warm weekends!!

House Celebration
We had a brilliant day in the sunshine for our Monument House Celebration on Tuesday!
Years 8-11 took it in turns to take on the inflatable assault courses on the playing field. This event was to celebrate our House Points winners from the last academic year. Well done Monument!
Student Art & Photography Exhibition
We're excited to share that we will be showcasing our former Art & Photography students' work in an exhibition at Talent Gallery in Wellington next month!
From 16th October - 11th November you can view a selection of work from the Class of 2026
Photo Ordering
School photos from DSP Photography for Years 7,9 & 11 should now be available to view and order. We have sent home order forms today for anyone who has misplaced the original. Order before 4th October for free delivery to school!
Duke of Edinburgh Sign Up
Year 9 Students – Don’t miss out on the Duke of Edinburgh Award!
There’s still time to sign up for the Duke of Edinburgh Award, but the deadline is Wednesday 30th September!
The DofE is a fantastic opportunity to develop new skills, take on exciting challenges, make new friends, and create memories that will last a lifetime. It also looks great on college, university, and job applications.
If you haven’t signed up yet and would like to take part, please see Mr Etherington in the Science Prep Room or Ms Anderson in the School Office before the deadline.
3G Pitch booking for Half Term
Looking for a space to train, play, or organise fixtures during October half term?
Our 3G pitch is available for daytime bookings throughout the half term break, making it ideal for football clubs, coaching sessions, holiday camps, friendly matches, and community groups.
Full-size 3G facility
Daytime slots available throughout the week
Suitable for all ages and abilities
Floodlit facility if required for extended sessions
Availability is limited and bookings will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
